I’m a Behavioral Therapist and have been working for 26 years in my own practice as well with hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques as with a problem-solving approach and process- and embodiment focused psychology (PEP) both with groups and personal consultation. I combine the different methods in a humoristic and easy approach (KIKOS). As coach as well as a therapist I’m using this approach to work with the client’s resources including their closer and wider environment in a systemic sense. Main themes in my work are ADHD, Tapping with Children and development of resilience.

Futhermore I am a mother of five children and lived through some personal crisis myself, like cancer disease. For some years I have been passing on my approach as a speaker, a lecturer as well as in several books.
