Psychologist and psychotherapist, she trained in the field of hypnotherapy in The Polish Milton H. Erickson Institute and on international congresses.

She works in her own practice and in Maria Sklodowska-Curie Memory Cancer Center and Institiute of Oncology - Gliwice Branch/Poland. 

In the Oncologic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic she works every day with patients admitted to surgery and as a member of the facial transplant team (that in 2013 year performed the first ever lifesaving face transplant in the world).

In addition to psychotherapy and writing articles she provides trainings and lectures. She is the co-author of the book "Translpantation of the upper limb and face".
