I have over 15 year experience with solution focused therapy (SFT) and over 10 years experience with psychoanalytic oriented psychotherapy. Training in groupanalysis (or group analytic psychotherapy) as well as in psychoanalytic oriented psychotherapy (theory, method, self awareness). Group analysis is a method of group psychotherapy originated by S. H. Foulkes in the 1940s. Group analysis combines psychoanalytic insights with an understanding of social and interpersonal functioning. In group analysis there is a focus on the relationship between the individual group member and the rest of the group leading to a strengthening of both, a better integration of the individual with his or her community, family and social network.
