Maria Cristina Perica, MSc, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, specialization as hypnosis teacher, Supervisor of mental health professionals and Teacher of Hypnotherapy. Maria Cristina is also experienced in managing Mental Health Projects founded by European grants and has directed the Training Programs for Mental Health professionals for two non-profit organizations, supporting digital innovation in the organization and evaluation of mental health services.
Maria Cristina is a Member of the Board of Directors of the International Society of Hypnosis (2024-2027). She is awarded in 2024 with the Jay Haley Early Career Award for innovative contributions to Hypnosis (International Society of Hypnosis). Maria Cristina has also been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Society of Hypnosis since 2016 and a member of the Advisory Board of the Journal “Ipnosi – Rivista Italiana di Ipnosi Clinica Sperimentale”. She is a Teacher in the Hypnotherapy Training Program at the Italian School of Hypnosis and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy (Clinical and Ericksonian Hypnosis, Hypnotherapeutic Processes, Group Hypnosis) and for the Master in Hypnosis and Ericksonian Psychotherapy for Psychotherapists.
Keynote Speaker and Workshop facilitator since 2009 at National and International Congresses, author of articles and chapters of books, Maria Cristina’s areas of interest are innovations in hypnotherapy (recent contributions about neurodiversity-tailored hypnosis and virtual reality hypnosis).
